Applicants should submit this form fully completed by May 27, 2026. Vendors must submit SEPARATE applications for EACH concession unit.

Cost: $100 per day

Anything over the allotted space is an extra $10 per linear foot per day

**Electric will be provided, but if you are able to use a generator, please bring it as a backup**

REQUIREMENTS: Your space request must include the length of your trailer tongue, signage, awning space, extra storage, access room, etc. Your contract will be for PRECISELY the number of feet you request by 12 feet deep. If your unit does NOT fit the space required, your contract will be REVOKED in accordance with the rules and regulations. ShrinersFest WILL NOT BE LIABLE for any damages or expenses you may incur as a result and you will not be entitled to a refund or any payments. Insurance certificate is required.

Upon acceptance of this application, I and my representative and agents agree to comply with and be bound by the ShrinersFest Rules & Regulations, which are expressly made a part of this application, and I do also accept full and complete responsibility for all food, property and persons involved in my participation or with ShrinersFest. The undersigned further acknowledges that failure to comply with the attached Rules & Regulations will lead to my forfeiting the right to continue to operate a concession at ShrinersFest. In consideration of the acceptance of this application, I as an inducement to such acceptance agreement for myself and my employees, agents, successors and officers, to indemnify and hold ShrinersFest, its board members, officers, employees, agent successors and assigns harmless of and from any and all liability, claims actions, demands, damages and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by or on behalf of any of them, arising out of injury or damage of any kind, to persons property, in any way connected with my participation in or with ShrinersFest.

I agree that submitting this vendor application form does not guarantee a spot at the festival. All applications will be reviewed by the organizing committee, which reserves the right to select vendors based on various criteria. Selected vendors will receive official notification from the committee regarding their acceptance and further details. Thank you for your understanding!
