Applicant should return this form fully completed by June 1, 2024. Vendors must submit SEPARATE applications for EACH concession unit.

Cost: $250 for 20 ft space ( $13 per foot after 20ft)

Set Up is June 20th
Festival Dates 21st - 22nd
Tear Down after the event on the 22nd
Must be done by 11: 00 am on the 23rd
